We offer Corken Company equipment: single and multi-stage centrifugal pumps, tank truck pumps and high-efficiency pumps.
Compressors designed for pumping liquids and recovering the gas phase. Typically, compressors are used at transhipment terminals for unloading rail tankers.
Our offer also includes horizontal compressors, which are usually used at sea handling terminals for loading ships and barges.
Corken FD / DLD 150 pumping units are most often used at auto-gas stations equipped with underground or above-ground tanks and at stations for filling LPG tanks. The FD / DLD150 series pumps are turbine pumps which are a variant of centrifugal pumps. 150 series pumps are also available in versions for liquefied gases other than LPG.
The ZP150 pump sets consist of the following components: Corken pumps - type FD150 or DLD150; 4 kW or 5.5 kW electric motor manufactured in Ex; galvanized metal base, clutch and clutch cover. ZP150 units are most often used at auto-gas stations equipped with underground or above-ground tanks and at stations for filling LPG cylinders. The FD150 and DLD150 series pumps are turbine pumps which are a part of a variety of centrifugal pumps. They have been specially designed for pumping LPG from underground tanks. 150 series pumps are also available in versions for liquefied gases other than LPG.

The Z3500 pump is a 3” pump designed for stationary and mobile applications such as loading and unloading a single tanker truck or two tankers at a time. It uses the same type of impeller as in the Z series mobile pumps, which ensures excellent efficiency and longer service life. The Z3500 pump offers higher expenses than other 3 ”pumps on the market resulting in shorter loading / unloading times.
The pump unit with the Corken Z4500 4” vane pump is designed for loading large transport tanks or several tanks at the same time. Thanks to the design and materials of the treadmill, the trouble-free operation time has been extended. This pump is characterized by high efficiency and the ability to increase the number of revolutions without the risk of damaging it.
Coro Vane pumps are positive displacement pumps. These pumps generate a pressure difference of up to 8.6 bar. They are available in five sizes, with capacities ranging from 0.2 to 79.5 m3 / h. Typical applications for these pumps are found in truck and trailer filling / emptying stations.
Some Coro Vane pump models are equipped with an internal drain valve for added protection.
Corken's LPG compressors are designed to pump liquid gases such as propane-butane (LPG) and odorless ammonia (NH3) between tanks. Corken compressors, apart from pumping, also have a liquid gas vapor recovery function. The compressors are of a single-stage piston construction with a vertical arrangement. The media are handled inside of the compression chamber and without any contact with the crankcase, or with the atmosphere, therefore the compressor is ideal for the above-mentioned purposes.
Corken horizontal single-stage compressors are used for reloading large volumes of LPG at multi-station railway terminals and sea terminals.
The pistons of horizontal compressors move in a counter-rotating system, which ensures quiet and vibration-free process. These devices are characterized by very high durability - they can be used for continuous operation under heavy loads. Compressors are offered with various cylinder diameters that can be configured in various configurations.
